1. Definitions

• Customer: Any user purchasing products or services from a Vendor through the Platform.
  
  
• Services: The online marketplace features provided by WebPlaza.pk.
  
  

2. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must ensure that all products are legal, accurately described, and delivered within the promised timeframe.
  
  
• Counterfeit, unsafe, or misrepresented products are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
  
  

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details.
  
  
• All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  
  

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payments will be processed through secure, approved payment gateways.
  
  
• Commission and settlement terms for Vendors are outlined in the Vendor Policy.
  
  
• Refunds will be issued according to our Refund Policy.
  
  

5. Prohibited Activities

• Selling illegal, counterfeit, or restricted products.
  
  
• Harassment, abusive language, or fraudulent activity.
  
  
• Uploading harmful software or violating intellectual property rights.
  
  

6. Disputes and Resolution

• WebPlaza.pk will assist in resolving disputes between Vendors and Customers.
  
  
• If unresolved, WebPlaza.pk may temporarily suspend accounts during investigation.
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

• WebPlaza.pk is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
  
  
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
  
  

8. Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these Terms.
  
  

9. Intellectual Property

• All logos, designs, and platform features are the property of WebPlaza.pk and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
  
  

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
  
  

11. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
